Finca Mila is a special property located in the countryside between Conil and Chiclana. An electric gate leads to a driveway that leads to a private parking area, which is directly adjacent to a small self-contained guesthouse of approximately 40 m². The guest area is physically separated from the main house and can be rented out independently. The guest apartment features an open layout with a kitchen, living/dining area, sleeping area, and a large bathroom.

A second pedestrian gate connects the parking area to the main building. There is also another access to the main house through an additional gate from the street. The main house is entered through a terrace of about 30 m², from which there is a lovely view of the tropical garden.

The design of the house is exceptional. The living room is almost entirely round and flows into a large modern kitchen, with a centrally placed fireplace. The circular living room has numerous windows and glass doors that open the living area to the garden. There is double glazing and insect screens, and both the main house and the guest apartment in the garden are equipped with central heating. The main house also features two large bedrooms, a shower room, a small office (which can serve as a third bedroom), and a utility room. From the kitchen, there is access to another open terrace at the back. Here, you can also reach the outbuilding (large storage room) where the solar installation is located.

A small round pool is available but is in need of renovation.
